For large projects, we’ll visit your site to help you find the right solution.

We’ll also provide all the advice you need to make the best choice.

Step 2

We install your water coolers

A team of Aqua Vital-certified technicians installs, connects, and commissions water coolers and network fountains.

If needed, we can adapt your existing installation to enable equipment connection. We can also put you in touch with our partners in building, plumbing, and electrical sectors for more complex projects.

Step 3

We supply the water

Bottle supply is planned based on your estimated consumption at the start of our collaboration and adjusted as needed.

This way, you don’t need to place orders: deliveries are made on time, according to your needs. You’ll never run out of water.

Equipped with PDAs, our delivery drivers collect your signature electronically—no more scattered paper slips, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Planning a large-scale event? You can place an additional order by phone or online.

Step 4

Maintenance & troubleshooting

Maintenance is carried out once or twice a year by our Aqua Vital-certified technicians, following a maintenance procedure developed in collaboration with the manufacturers.

If you experience a breakdown, to ensure continuous service, we repair the equipment on-site or provide you with a replacement machine.

And, of course, we are always available to answer your questions.
